- Transportation Services
Private Rides offers private passenger transportation services in Las Vegas, Nevada. When requesting a ride, the user agrees to provide accurate location information and to be present at the agreed-upon meeting point. - Fares and Payments
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type.
The user agrees to charges processed through the payment methods provided within the application (Stripe).
Cancellations: We reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee if the user cancels a ride after a driver has been assigned and is en route.
- User Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a ride if the passenger engages in inappropriate or illegal conduct, or conduct that jeopardizes the safety of the driver or the Cadillac XT6 vehicle. The consumption of illegal substances and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles. - Limitation of Liability
Private Rides is not liable for items lost inside the vehicles, although we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return forgotten belongings. Furthermore, we are not liable for delays caused by heavy traffic, traffic accidents, or extreme weather conditions in the Las Vegas area. - Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Clark County, Nevada. - Contact
